How did I get here?

As someone who used to be chronically stressed I know how hard it can be just to get through the day and how exhausting it is to live like this.
I also know what it's like to try and follow trending health advice and fail miserably, not understanding why it didnt work for my body. 
 It wasn't until I started studying the science of stress that I understood just how detrimental stress is to the mind and body, and that if we don't practice regular resets then life will remain a struggle.  
After obtaining all my  qualifications I spent years dedicated to curating a program dedicated to womens health that would help them reduce stress long term and create the foundation for a great lifestyle.

 

Why Women's Wellbeing? 

In short, many or even most studies are based on male bodies eg intermittent fasting, HIIT & keto. Why? Because men don't have fluctuating hormones that effect the results or data. 
The problem with this is that women's bodies are designed and function completely differently which means these, and many other health trends, don't work for us in the same way.
